Returns & Refunds Policy
At LastItem, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email info@lastitem.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Our team will respond within 72 hours with return instructions and a prepaid FedEx label if applicable. Once received at our processing center, refunds are issued within 7 business days. The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- Final sale items (purchased with a promo code or as part of a promotion, unless due to an error by LastItem).
